Glistening Skin Care Policies
Please arrive to your appointment on time. You are allowed to arrive 5 minutes early and wait in the waiting area or in your vehicle.
Please do not stand in the hallway of the building. There’s seating in the salon studio, outside of my private suite. No need to knock, just come right in and have a seat.
If you are running behind, contact me at 810-986-5968. There’s a 5 minute grace period. Anything beyond 5 minutes may result in your appointment being rescheduled or cancelled.
Please use the restroom BEFORE your appointment.
The main doors of the building remain locked after 5:30 pm and at all times on the weekend. Call 810-986-5968 to be buzzed in.
Effective Communication
There’s a non-refundable retainer fee on all appointments.
Retainer fees are transferable ONCE within 15 days of the current appointment.
Acceptable payment methods are Cash, Credit/Debit card, Zelle, and Tap to pay Apple Pay.
Membership fees are non- refundable and automatically charged to the card on file. Memberships can be cancelled at any time.
